Police in Oklahoma pepper-sprayed an 84-year-old black woman in the face, inside her home.
Ms. Geneva Smith of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was pepper-sprayed in the face by police in her own home. Two Muskogee police officers entered her house to arrest her grandson, Arthur Paul Blackman, after he ran a stop sign.
